Return Process

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your device to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
